Sexual Harassment Prevention Certification

California law (SB 1343) requires all employers with five or more employees to provide at least one hour of sexual harassment prevention training to all non-supervisory staff every two years — and within six months of hire. This live, attorney-led training fulfills the state-mandated 1-hour requirement and equips employees with the knowledge and tools to foster a respectful, inclusive, and legally compliant workplace. 

Taught by Casper Yen, our partnered attorney with The Lew Firm, the course covers: 

• What qualifies as sexual harassment under California and federal law 
• How to recognize inappropriate conduct in the workplace 
• How and when to report misconduct, and what protections exist for those who do 
• Employer and employee responsibilities in maintaining a harassment-free environment 
• Building a culture of mutual respect, professionalism, and accountability 

Participants who complete the session will receive a Certificate of Completion to meet California’s non-supervisory employee training requirement.
