Preparing and Submitting Resident Collections with Hunter Warfield

In this seminar Oliver Baptiste will provide an overview of the Hunter Warfield collection service and the role it plays in recovering outstanding resident balances. AACSC members will learn how to properly submit accounts, what information and documentation are needed, and what the collection process looks like from submission through resolution. We’ll also cover how staff can prepare files before submission to help ensure accounts are complete, accurate, and ready for collection.
