This class is designed for apartment association members who want to better understand how to use QuickBooks to organize their property finances. The class will focus on how to properly track rental income, property expenses, mortgage and loan payments, credit cards, bank transfers, and owner contributions or distributions. The goal is to help property owners avoid common bookkeeping mistakes, understand their financial reports, and keep cleaner records for tax preparation, financing, refinancing, and better business decisions.
