Water damage and mold are among the most common and costly issues affecting multifamily properties. For housing providers, understanding how water intrusion occurs—and how to prevent it—can help avoid property damage, reduce liability, and protect resident health.

Join Daniel Romero, Operations Manager, and Kaitlyn Chacon, Business Development & Client Relations, for an informative Lunch & Learn covering the fundamentals of water damage and mold prevention in rental housing.

During this session, attendees will learn:

• How to prevent water damage in rental properties
• Water Damage 101 – how water intrusion occurs and common causes
• Understanding water and mold and how they impact buildings and residents
• Practical prevention strategies for property owners, managers, and maintenance teams
• Early warning signs that may indicate water or mold issues

The educational presentation will take place 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM, followed by lunch and networking from 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM for in-person attendees.
